STEP 1: UNDERSTAND

Learn about Honda Cars through referrals or the mass media to have a basis for your decision to apply if you are eligible. In addition, you need to understand the qualities, abilities and qualifications that Honda Motor Riders need in you through information on personnel policies and specific recruitment information.

You should not take the time to apply if:

  • You do not meet the recruitment requirements for education, experience and other requirements in recruiting information as all inquiries in recruiting information are required and minimum requirements if you Unresponsive, your profile will not be approved.
  • You have not read the information about the recruiter, not read recruiting information.
  • You do not follow the preparation and submission process according to our guidelines. All such records are invalid and unapproved.
  • If your application is not accepted, you will not be able to:

STEP 2: PREPARE AND RECORDS

You can apply via email to be informed in the recruitment information or directly at the Company Office. 
The letter or cover letter of your cover letter must clearly state your name and application position. Application forms are photocopies (without authentication). In all cases, your records will not be returned. 
Your photo is a new photo taken less than 6 months and is the original image, not processed photoshop. You can capture yourself by phone, camera ... as long as you ensure the clarity and faithfulness of your image.

Cover letter, not in the form available, in Vietnamese and in English (if your position requires English proficiency)

Your resume contains only the required records in the recruitment information, no need to attach other documents such as identity card, household registration ...

Profiles are edited and formatted in word, or pdf, do not send image files or other formats, do not compress the file to send. (Unless the recruitment notice requires you to submit an image file or other format)

STEP 3: SELECTION OF DOCUMENTS AND VOICE OF THE INTERVIEW

Resumes will be notified directly to applicants via the applicant's mobile phone number along with a pre-selection interview schedule.

In cases where applicants do not schedule time for interviews due to objective reasons, they can register for the second interview (if any).

We did not announce the results of the selection of candidates and the list of interviews for applicants who submitted ineligible or unsatisfactory applicants.

STEP 4: INTERVIEW

You need to be on time to meet the interview

The interview results will be posted on our recruiting website within 15 days of the interview.

Candidates who meet the prequalification requirements will be notified by phone no later than 15 days from the date of interview and notice of recruitment or second interview (if any).

STEP 5: CONTRACT AGREEMENT

Candidates selected through interviews will be given a one-on-one appointment to agreement on labor contracts and related issues, including: type of contract, job, salary, working time. All follow-up work is done under the employment contract and guidance of the person in charge and the Human Resources Officer.

STEP 6: COMPLETE THE DOCUMENT AFTER RECEIPT

After receiving the recruitment notice, candidates should prepare the following documents and send to HR staff to complete procedures for receiving new employees:

Curriculum vitae of the original

  • Copy of birth certificate or notarization
  • Health certificate with rounded marks
  • Your photo ID is local
  • Graduation copy
  • Student Certificate (if any)
  • Transcript, copy certificate
  • 02 photos 03 x 04, 2 photos 04x06.
